Just spreading the word. If it's a problem delete the thread. Hopefully it could save a few folks some cash if they are thinking about it.

Not a lot is there? Shame. Even if it's just for the cam change it's a bargain compared to elsewhere. Theres (typically) a lot of in-fighting on SELOC and the usual suspects are out and about but it doesn't diminish what H111 are offering. Proven product at a fixed price.

starting to get a bit put off by all this now. I cannot really see his point. Is it that the H111 flash just drops the cam change, without really making any major changes to the DNA of the map, or is he trying to say that it's all just bo***cks, and a con?
I just want to not have to 'work so hard' to stay in the sweet spot, and be in it longer and easier after a gear change.
Is there a RPM/Gear ratio/speed graph kicking around, this may show that you stay on cam during changes, but I suppose it would be irelevant to road use, as the change from 2 to 3 is probably on the wrong side of PLOD, let alone the 3 to 4 change

The basic reflash just moves the cam change point down to 5700 making it easier to stay on cam when changing up/down gears. have alook at the new thread in Seloc Chat and the graphs are online. No significant power gain, maybe a few ft/lb of torque lower down but thats about it.I just want to not have to 'work so hard' to stay in the sweet spot, and be in it longer and easier after a gear change.

Three more peeps and we get the full strength £150 discount
thats assuming everyone stays in, there are a couple of provisionals in there as well. But, looks like wwere definately on line for £125 off. Never know, we might make £150.
Anyone on here thinking about it?
At the risk of incurring the Mod's wrath, can I really quite shamelessly indicate that should anyone want to buy an ECU to be reflashed (thus retaining their own original unit) I have one going spare after my car was recently upgraded with the factory supercharger. It's the "heatsink" type ECU from an 07MY car with the FBW throttle.
If anyone's interested, please PM me.
Thanks :-)

Two basic options are available:
1) ECU optimisation with 5700 cam switch, RRP £343.85 http://www.hangar111.com/ckshop.php?item=770
2) GT Spec 200, RRP £458.85 http://www.hangar111.com/ckshop.php?item=771[/url]
Performance Graphs here: http://www.hangar111.com/STDv5700vGTS200_Graphs.pd...
Discounts will be as follows for confirmed (paid) orders; 5-9 £75, 10-14 £100, 15+ £125 and for 20+ £150!!. In addition if you want the full kit, ie. exhaust, induction etc SELOC members will get a 5% discount on parts and labour.
Both reflashes will work with cable and FBW ECUs. However, the GT Spec 200 does not show as significant gains on FBW ECUs as with cable throttles. Therefore, Hangar 111 will only charge for the standard ECU optimisation if you choose the GT spec 200 and have a FBW throttle (bargain!) It’s important you check your ECU part number against those shown on the Hangar 111 site. If you are not sure contact Hangar 111 and check before registering for this group buy.
