225 miles left till Inspection 1, can I go slightly over?!

Help please!

As said in the title I have 225 miles left till Inspection 1 should be done.

It is booked in for a week monday with BMW so plenty of miles & no worries except I may need to use the car for an emergency trip tomorrow which will be about 300 miles taking me over the limit, is this okay?

Anyone who has gone over - does it say by how many miles or just say it needs to be done? Don't want BMW thinking I've gone thousands of miles over!

I assume it isn't an issue to go a couple of hundred miles over (obviously don't want to but needs must) or will it bring up problems like void the warranty?

It goes below zero and counts up in minus numbers showing how overdue you are.

BMW didn't seem to have an issue in the past, so you should be OK, but check with them if you are not sure.

i think your okay to go over a couple hundred miles without an issue..

It is actually a couple of thousand, well that is what they told me with my E60 M5, although I only let it go 30 which was the journey there.

Thanks for the replies guys, spoke to BMW and they confirmed they are happy upto a 1000 miles over, so I will be fine.
