Hello all apologies if this is in the wrong section.
In a couple of weeks I will be going on holiday and will need to take my car to the airport. Could anybody recommend a cheap safe place to leave my car for a week? Ive seen somewhere for £60 but does anybody know any cheaper?

Thanks

How long for?

I've used Pink Elephant before and they have been the cheapest.

Ive checked the pink elephant website and they seem good.

The car is a fiesta.

PM the dates and I'll ask my neighbour if "we" can borrow his space.

It's in a secure underground car park bang in the centre of Manchester but I could drive you to the airport.

Assuming you're interested and the space is free of course.

Failing that I would use the parking at the Four Seasons.

We flew down to London for the day in February from Manchester and used RCP Budget Parking, it was about £6.00 for the day, not sure what the weekly rates are, but you book, turn up, park up and then they bus you and your luggage to the airport, when you come back, you phone them, and they send the bus for you.

For the last fifteen years I have used "Premier car parks" at Manchester Airport, (Flying to Malta every few weeks),...around £40/45...Safe, secure,.... on site, simple hop on hop on bus to terminals 1, 2 and three, two minute ride away, shuttle bus (free) arrives about every ten minutes...

Bookable online...highly recommended.

Parents booked one night before the flight at the airport Hilton for 70 quid and got 2 weeks free parking.

Which terminal are you going from?
I've used Airparks in the past. It is a Park and Ride service with buses into the airport every 20 mins. Very secure and good service in my experience.

In work mode, I can book it £27.95 for the week. Just let me know via ben.hobson@statravel.co.uk if you want me to get it booked.

I reckon the price of Free from Nolar could take some beating though smile

I recently used Man Airports own shuttle park for 7 days.

40 quid which I didn't think was too bad considering I only booked it the day before travelling, there was loads of shuttle buses so no waiting around, and I kept the keys etc....

I pass this most days and see regular bus runs dropping people off at the airport

Park at the place in Carrington - it's a self-park, so you get to take your keys with you...very important I think...

Also, it's probably one of the cheapest around....15mins to airport...call on arrival home and they'll come and collect....all-in-all, a good bargain service!
