Also worth a try in Swanage is Sea Salt in the Mowlem building, but they don't have a website, it's only been running a couple of months.

I ate at the Corner Restaurant on my birthday last year, really enjoyed the food, wine list and décor.
Swanage is actually pretty nice for a weekend...
