Forza 2: Unlocking locked paint glitch

I was having a read over on the FM2.net forums last night and it was mentioned a few times that since the 'Live' update last week some people seem to be able to unlock lockjed paintjobs. Needless to say some of the folks who have put a shed load of time into a paint are now seeing their stuff getting spammed. Does anyone have more info?

I'm just curious BTW, I'm not interested in ripping off someone elses design and making a load of fake money, if it was real money however...
