long shot - anyone heading to Wisbech or Sebring on Saturday

This is a real long shot but my car was recovered to Sebring a week ago and should be ready this weekend. Trouble is living in St Neots I can't get there easily, Is any kind soul heading that way from St Neots, Huntingdon or Peterborough who'd be desperate enough for company to allow me to tag along? Obviously with a fuel contribution as well!
I realise there's only a small chance but if you don't ask and all that...

Any other weekend and it would be a yes but I'm meant to be taking part in a local car show at 12 on Saturday.

If you can get across to Cambridge easily enough it's only 1/2 an hour by train to Downham Market where Matt or one of the guys could pick you up. I prefer this way than borrowing their (excellent) courtesy car.

Cambridge is a bugger to get to for me but I can certainly give it a go, how far is Downham Mkt from Sebring?

Out of interest what car show are you taking part in? Might pop over and have a nose if I do manage to get her back that day.

I ususally play football at 8:30 Sat morning which is why I didn't suggest earlier, if cancelled I'll PM you if you like and see how you're fixed.

10 minute drive. (unless Matt has his dads Merc in which case 5;) )

Ha, car show is probably a bit of an exageration, some of the local dads with nice/interesting cars are taking them along to the village school fete for the afternoon! So far we have a mid fifties Bentley, a couple of original Fiat 500's hopefully an F.360 and any others that can be drummed up over the week. I'd like to claim it's a concourse d'elegance but that's really pushing it.

you can get from st neots to downham by train sat am - takes a couple of hours. Give Matt a call i'm sure he would pick you up. Always picks me up from the station
