Sitting hear thinking about what we were up to this time last week. I am so deppresed to find that my countdown clock tells me that it is 11 Months, 21 Days, 13 Hours, 58 Mins and 20 Seconds untill my group set off for Le Mans 2010.

Haha! I agree. Few more videos of your Scud and maybe even a ride would be great biggrin

If you are ever at any of the PH events and i am there, give me a shout. I get as much pleasure from seeing the smile on other peoples faces when i take them out as i do from being the present custodian.

The Leader Of the Opposition would go balistic if i went back next week. Two or three of us usualy do the Bugatti track during Sept/Oct, hopefully we will get this in again this year.

When i got home this year the wife said ' you love that Ferrari more than you love me' i replied, 'i love the Range Rover more than i love you'

Is that a Club Fez event or can drivers of lesser Italian crates attend? One a little later in the year that allows sufficient scope to slip out under the search lights would be desirable.

You could always take her with you? No that was just downright silly suggestion, feel free to ignore.

It will be an independant organised meet. I will keep you up-dated.

That would be very much appreciated, still next summer we will be getting doubt chips with Classic in July.

Ditto ... fed up it is all over for another year.

Mildly depressed..... back to normality again.

It is weird... about 5 hours into the race you think, i'm hot, tired, god those corvettes are noisy...

Then 1 hour to go, you think hooray got through the race, nice to see the result of all the teams efforts...

Then, track invasion, start wondering along the track back to the car park, up towards the dunlop bridge. But I always then look back along the stright and realise it is all but done for another year....

The hours of cleaning, polishing and stickering, the drive down, the beer the laughs, the race.................. cheer up, only a year to go!! (We virtually planned and designed next years stickers on the monday)

Actually, to the OP, you let me sit in the 430 you had before this one at St Saturnin a year or two ago. I was with the guys in the Rovers - you asked how they were at the time... I think one has been broken now and the other just saved from it!

Were you at the classic last year as well in a Gran Turismo or did I imagine that?

Stu ... I would also be obliged for any info as it looks like I am having to bin this year's Spanish/French MegaHoon due to work.

A small trip back down to La Sarth would take some of the pain away.

Even toying with the idea of having mine painted Scuderia instead of Corsa over winter smile

Guilty as charged.
