Moving questions

Hi
I'm moving abroad for a couple of years and have always moved myself, but this time the company are paying which is great.. but:
Is it customary to tip the removal guys?
Do you provide them with drinks like tradespeople, or do they provide their own?
They say they need to pack everything for insurance purposes, has anyone found this to be the case?
Anything I should be aware of? (Professional company)
Thanks

i had a recent removal, packed the stuff all ourselves.
bought them a roll / drinks during the morning (everything was packed away)
tipped them about £10 or £20 per dude (just gave the money to the foreman dude at the end to get them a few beers) - but to be fair we were moving from a 3rd floor 3 bed flat and its was a hell of a job!!
