Is there a way to see how many ballots were intentionally spoiled in a given election?

No because a spoiled paper can be one on which someone has put 2 crosses instead of 1 and also the type a moron would write a intentionally stupid comment on. No one cares about them as they do nothing but prove idiocy.

If anything was gained from them it would be an increase in taxes in the local area as they would believe extra mental health assistance would be needed.
