Saw loads of Ariel Atoms at weekend on the sarf coast, (possibly a get together of some sort) one i saw had been pulled by plod on a bike. said Atom was adorned with a host of wings and downforce goodies.

Was it anyone on here by any chance?

and if so did you not get the temptation to boot it and leave the copper for dead on the bike? wink

it was the one & only time you'll ever see a copper trying to 'split the atom' hehe

It was around that area so yeah it would have been one of those lot. like i said the car had a load of extra downforce goodies bolted to it and looked amazing.

Talk about Plod never being around when you need them - I was held up for three laps by an Atom driver @ Goodwood a couple of weeks ago; idea I wonder if I should fit a blue light to my track car? It could work on two levels 1/ It may prompt drivers as above to let me by and 2/The added weight will slow my vehicle to a pace akin to an Atom laugh
