Strange error message

Just had an odd error message when trying to submit a post.

I'm a computer numpty so not sure if it's from my end or yours, but thought I'd post it in case it helps.

Mods - just delete if I'm being thick...

As Xenocide said, basically just a hiccup!

One of the servers got very briefly confused and gave you an error, but it should have worked if you tried again.
