Web site help

[Out Run]

I currently have a web site that I want to revamp, (see www.Out-Run.co.uk), adding some more functionality and improving the design. No brain surgery, just standard stuff.

It is a hobby rather than a business so I am not looking to pay loads (but by the same gesture I see zillions of very professional hobby sites everyday that I can only assume didn't pay loads to set up).

Is there anyone out there who can help - I have a spec. I can send out. Post on this or mail me through my profile.
