Xbox 360 Parental Controls

My parents stuck the parental controls blocking anyone from playing for more than 2 hours a day on my brothers xbox whilst he was doing his exams, he has now given me the xbox but my parents can't remember the password and he has no clue how to reset it.

Anyone else know some way of doing this? I just want to play forza =[
