Need Minolta DiMAGE Xi Battery

Have seen these batteries on eBay but they're not Minolta ones. Is it worth buying these or should I buy an official one? Thinking the quality may be inferior.

I can't speak about Minolta batteries specifically, but I've bought no-name unofficial batteries for Canon cameras from eBay and have found them to be reliable and to perform as well as the ones that came with the cameras. However, Canon warn against using anything other than Canon batteries because apparently there is a risk that they can break and damage the camera; I don't know if Minolta said the same. Given the price difference though, I've taken the chance and have been very satisfied.

7dayshop do a range of batteries for most compacts and SLRs. Prices are low and I've had no problems with anything I have had from them accross several models. You also get somewhere to back to if you get over heating problems which tend to be the issue with aftermarket batteries.
