I've been re-reading Silence of the lambs and Hannibal recently.

Miggs says "I can smell your !" as Starling walks past, 6 feet away.

Lecter can smell the perfume Starling isn't wearing that day from a scent in her handbag. And that she has a plaster on the back of her leg.

Is it just me that can't randomly smell things like Miggs and lecter?

hehe

Have you thought that she was actually chucking up worse than Grimsby Fish Market on a hot afternoon?

I think that Miggs was merely shouting something that would offend given the nature of why he was imprisoned there in the first place. It's a bit wrong to compare him to Hannibal.

Lecter may have been guessing. Starling, wishing to curry favour, would hardly have said 'That's bks Lecter, it's Givenchy'

My sense of smell isn't as good as Miggs', but my aim is.

My sense of smell is too good. It can be annoying at times.

PS You smell.
