HELP a new member

C4koh Joined yesterday but can't post. He gets the following message :

Gives me the message "Sorry, the Gassing Station is only accepting new
messages from established members currently due to abuse earlier in the
day. We apologise for the inconvience and hope that you'll return later
when the normal facilities will once again be available"

Any ideas when he will be able to post again ??

Yes, you need to clicl on "Links" then "Log in" from the drop down menu at top of the page then it will allow you to proceed. Bit convoluted but I found this works.

I thought I'd been "remembered" so wouldn't need to log in again...

That's odd 'cause when I get logged out and need to log back in I get a message telling me to log in.

I think the problem was I was going via the www.corvettechat.co.uk interface - it doesn't seem to have the log-in possibility... So I changed my bookmark to pistonheads, and it seems fine ...

yeah that could be. I always use through piston heads. Look at some of the threads from the home page, there is loads of information.

I got the same message on Tuesday evening, I think there was some kinda security problem.
