I remember a French dubbed series with Mirage IIIs and IVs but I don't remember anything with F4s.

I had a quick google and it says china Beach 1988 - 1991..

The series I remember was in the 70s screened afternoons normaly school holidays was about American fighter pilots sure it was about F-4s ..... possibly Vietnam / Arab / israeli wars
