.........eating less and excercising more causes you to lose weight!
No stupid fad diets here, dropped 5Kg (11lbs) and almost got into the 'Healthy Section' for the BMI index.
Anyone who now says "I've tried everything", "I'm big boned", "My genes make me fat" etc etc etc can just f
k off.
That is all, sorry for the slighty pointless thread just feeling a bit satisfied and smug. And also enjoying the use of the blindingly fecking obvious.
Anyone else got anything they're feeling good about at the moment? lets have a thread of things people have doen that are satisfying then.

Lardos first law of pierodynamics: You can take the pie out of the man, but you can't take the man out of the pie.
Since I nearly choked to death on a pie I have been off them... (see a previous thread of mine) Lardos first law of pierodynamics: You can take the pie out of the man, but you can't take the man out of the pie.

To be honest I fell so much fitter and better as well that I prefer it like this now.

I'd be smug too, you've timed it just right. Application of the bleeding obvious is soon be outlawed by the "We will tell you how to do everything in a mediocre manner just before loosing power" bill due to be introduced in Feb 2010.Good work!!
It becomes rather annoying listening to people complain that they aren't losing weight, or seeing any differences etc. No matter how hard they try.
Then you learn that they go out every weekend binge drinking and their diet is rubbish.
Worse than that, the ones who say they are going to do this and do that, then end up doing nothing and stay fat and moan about it!

I gave an airline company both barrels for charging me €90 for excess baggage then letting some fat f
ker who's leg weighed more than I do on the plane without question. It got me absolutely f
king nowhere but I think I may have burned somewhere in the region of 360-400 calories in the process...Gassing Station | The Lounge | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
