Hmm. Thought I'd try getting the carpark thing retrospectively added to my tickets, which are already sat at home...

Called the "box-office" and some bloke said he'd have to speak to his supervisor, and put me on hold, periodically checking whether I was still there, before cutting me off completely after 5 minutes.

Called back, and asked to speak to a Supervisor, which got the chap's attention, and he tells me that Customer Services will ring back to sort out the pass...

Will have to see how it works out...

Since they wouldn't allow me to cancel or move my Saturday booking I don't imagine they will

Well well, Mr Customer Services rang back, and gave me a phone no. for the actual MPH organiser, telling me that they were doing the promotion.

I rang them, and eventually spoke to a very nice lady who said that it's actually a draw that you get entered into, when you buy the event ticket.

So, I guess, if you've got tickets, you might win a free space anyway...

it says that it is a draw in the promotional offer! Good luck with the draw anyway!
