Yeah, it's a bit strange... Could be good though, as there were complaints about how little the car changed from R53 to R56 - not that anyone minded with the original Mini!
It's also interesting that they'll begin pitching it as a mini Audi TT rather than an expensive hatchback... If it works, it could be very interesting!
