I think I annoyed the railway man

Just spent 3 hours on a train sitting opposite a manager for Arriva trains. Oh how he must have loved our conversations. You can imagine the kind of thing: Why do they do so slow?, Im sure these rusting hunks of junk could go faster. Why have we suddenly stopped in the middle of a field? have we broken down?, will I be late home like normal?.
Why would you travel on your own rubbish trains with your name badge clearly on display?. And when his answer to most of my questions was regarding the cost of maintaining the tracks blagh blagh I had to bring to his attention the £50 cost of my ticket and the fact it would have cost half that by car and I would have been home quicker.
God I hate trains.
