Which famous person have I just seen?

Just been out for Lunch and seen a guy who I am sure is Famous.
I have a feeling he may be a "wacky" TV Presenter, or possible be in Comedy Films.

Im afraid my description is very vague, but it is doing my head in not knowing who he is...

He is about 6' tall, quite slim, and has Ginger hair in the style of, what can only be described as Ace Ventura, Pet Detective.
