dont work for me.
- i know this is 'the lounge' and this post could arguably be in 'website feedback' probably be moved there within 5 minutes anyway.
I post in an Homes, gardens & DIY about our house sale
get a little advice but not the highest trafiic so post a simple question in the lounge for a broader net, only to be moved within seconds to the same sub-forum where my other post lies.
Both are sat in there gathering dust.
Over the years i've found PH a massively valueable resource for exactly this sort of info share but the multistrata forums just seem to kill off threads and ultimately de-value this side of PH.
Anyone else think the same?

Most, in fact practically all, seem to be getting on with it though.
nope, i'm just not on the site as much.whats the point in arguing any more? it aint going to go back to how it was, which is a shame.

Although the latest round of changes are an improvement, it's still less useful IMHO. However, most people have realised that there's no point in complaining as it's not (and it never was) going to change back.
It made logical sense to sort things into different groups/forums. However I do agree that what's left is really now just detritus that doesn't fit anywhere else. And whilst in P&P days I'd have chanced on something on a different subject and possibly responded, now I don't see it, so I don't.
On the plus side, it has focused my use of PH so that I get time to eat and pee occasionally.

The same thing happened to me, I put a post asking about conservatory heaters in the lounge, got a few replies before it was moved to Homes, gardens & DIY and then - i know this is 'the lounge' and this post could arguably be in 'website feedback' probably be moved there within 5 minutes anyway.

It has changed back for me...
I just go to Gassing Station and then click on Pie and Piston.
Voila...the old Pie and Piston.
