S2 bonnet insulation

Any one able to help with dimensions and where exactly the under-bonnet insulation should be fixed. Also best place to source the material. Mine has broken up, old age does'nt come alone!!

I got rid of mine many years ago.
It doesn't make a lot of difference, but it can become detached and jam the throttle open.

I think they dropped this on later models anyway - I can see why - it will keep the engine hotter and who wants to deaden the noise??!!

My S2 had it and it regularly used to end up draped over the engine. The V8S doesn't have it, I'm happy to say. One less thing to cause trouble.
