Been looking at speccing a PC for a while now, buying individual components and building myslef. However......
Saw this in Aldi, and the sum of the components really look quite good considering the price. The only component I am not too sure about is the Radeon 9800XL - This appears to be quite a new card but can't find any useful info on performance stats of the XL... anybody have any info on it??

Aldi did offer a Medion PC in March in Germany. The special feature it had was an ATI 9600-TX graphics chip, which shouldn't be available until April/May.
Turned out, that the chip was a modded 9500/9700, which had been specially manufactured by ATI for Medion, which was named 9600 for marketing reasons (new stuff and all that).

Maybe the same applies to the ATI 9800XL ?
