Nice house but £30m???? I'd want a heck of a lot more space and to be far less overlooked for that sort of money!

Its on the MOST expensive road in England and probably the world for that matter.

The house is brand new. It is the developers who are selling it. The car is likely either to be a photoshop, belong to someone at the developers or someone at the estate agents.

The house is on an absolute billionaires row in London. The developers themselves are in that bracket too. The house has been for sale since last autumn, so perhaps the recession is affecting all wealth brackets?

I doubt the Sagaris would be the car of choice for the owner, once the house is sold. Who buys a house at £30 million and drives a car that is worth £30,000?

He has a point, though. The owner would have a Bugatti Veyron or something equally expensive/exclusive.

probably a couple of 'em!

i noticed it said a garage for 4 - 6 cars, presumably taking the Rolls into account there, which i guess allocates 2 of the 6 spaces available?!

Even if I was a billionaire, i'd still not buy that house.

When does a home become just a house, and when does a house become a hotel. Soulless IMO.

Car is spot on hehe

Ohh...I know....I know....Proff Hans Rausing, founder of Tetrapack(milk cartons), personal wealth at the time of approx £8 billion..... used to drive around in a 4 year old Renault Scenic....mind you I don't know what he kept at his other 8-10 houses around the world!!!!

Another.....co-founder of Compaq computers keeps an old 'L' reg Merc at his mansion in England, well the last time I checked he did....mind you he did have a McLaren F1 until he crashed it eek
He now seems to be collecting yaughts, 2 at the last count, one reputably 2 years ago had the most expensive refit per sq/ft in the world yikes
