Max Power Show 29th-30th Nov 2003

Don't forget the picnic table area for the bootlid and the 20" rims to complement the 10" discs. Oh and the National Stadium P.A. system that fits neatly into the car's interior, leaving just enough room for the driver, to deafen everyone within a 200m radius.
Dad, this baseball cap has had the peak stitched on the front.
Still, I love those guys on that old "Fifth Gear" programme who'd spent 30k on their Saxos and had failed to spot the irony in the comment "Well, we wanted something different" when they had 10 there, all pretty much the same.

LOL @ Lu5ifer. And for £30k, a C5 (non Z06) can be brought at that price. Bargain.... But then insurance for a bunch of 20-25 year old high risk drivers who are prone to crash will be high. It is so much better to save the money that would go into modifying a car that isn't supposed to be modified, and with that money, buy a real car, or a much better car (for example, a CTR, although no Vette, is a much better car than a Saxo).
Lets not forget people, that all these parts from Max Power, which will be on show, like LED washers, huge sunstrips, and the rest of them, will be turning a car designed for go into show, if they go onto a Vette or Camaro. But then everybody here has a lot more sense.

Nigel, I am probably going to the show on Saturday as I know some people going despite the p*ss take entry fee. My "friends" got press tickets so they get in for f-all - b*st*rds!
Anyway if I go I'll be going first thing Sat morning (10am) to avoid the traffic as much as poss. Anyone going better be warned that West Ham are playing at home and the traffic satrts to build up for the game about 1pm though the traffic on the A13 and local roads is cr*p on a Saturday anyway.
Nigel, are you taking one of your vettes? I'll be going in my Callaway. If anyone asks I'll say it's a Saxo with a bodykit and a couple of turbos.

Not me, matey! I want a couple of those huge buckets that are used for tailpipes. I think that exhaust gasses gently drifting out the pipes before meandering slowly skywards is a far more aesthetically pleasing sight than that of exhaust being forced out at speed towards the following vehicle.
