So I was driving along and spotted this random truck. I was out shooting other car stuff so I thought I'd go and ask the owner if I could take a few shots seeing as it was in such good nick and it was a nice day. So I knock on the door of the house, nobody in. But there are four trucks by the large garage, so I drive over to the garage and knock on that, someone says "come in"... So I open the door, and there are these three old guys in overalls chatting away sitting in what can only be described as a petrolheads dream. The huge garage is plastered from top to bottom with old motoring memorabilia, bits of old V8's, just tons and tons of stuff, it was like Hudson Hornet's house!

I really wanted to get a shot of the garage and of them just sitting there mulling things over, it would have made a great B&W shot, but I didn't ask as they probably would have thought I was scoping the joint ha ha. Anyway, got some shots of the truck, it's from 1947.

P.S. None of them had a computer or an e-mail address between them, so I might just get some prints done and mail them to the owner, he was a very nice bloke.

Nice idea - and they might let you take more photos when you go back to deliver them.My only comment is the that top one seems to have a very blue WB. On reflection (no pun intended!) I realise it's the blue sky, but it it still seems a bit 'blue' when you see the picture on its own I think.
