Road Angel+O2 XDA

Hi,

Has anyone here got this set up? Although the RA works well I'm having difficulty as TomTom2 says the GPS signal is unreliable. Ideas?

This might be a silly question, but have you set up the RA to transmit the location to the PDA?

I had to press the center button 7 times till it got to the GPS menu then then press the Delete Key for the 5 blocks to show up and then press the Store button. Once that was done the GPS position was transmitted to the Serial Port.

(Note: make sure you disable the GPS out put before you update the Road Angel)

Road Angel seems to work well in the Chim its picked up quite a few mobile units lately. Take it u got back from La Carla O K Blacktusck?. Tony

Thanks for the comments. I've got the set up fixed as I had not closed the IR port off on the XDA. Now all done!
