This "lounge" - suggested name change.

"Lounge" is poncey and what you have at home.

"Saloon" would be much more appropriate - has all the right connotations ie - informal, last chance, wild west etc. And it's even a car related term so in keeping with PH.

How about "Room that has fk all to do with motoring" as I seem to struggle to remember anything in here ever about motoring, oh hang on that's the point isn't it? Although my enthusiasm for motoring is far out weighted by my lack of technical knowledge hence too affraid to post in general gassing for fear of a total flaming, so left to the lounge, or 'General Babbling' I refer too it.

'The Lounge' is very lower middle class. It has an hopelessly aspiring aura surrounding it.

That's why I hardly ever frequent the place.
