Z4MC - 25k service due soon

Hi,

My 25k service is due soon and I would like to make sure I dont get ripped off.

What do you think I should be paying for this?

Inspection 1? A main dealer will quote anything from £600 to £1000 but you should get the service done for about £650, plus £70 or so if the brake fluid needs doing (2 yrs).

Ring around all the dealers you'd feel comfortable driving to then see if your closest dealer will match the price.

If it's an Inspection 1 you require I've just phoned around dealers to get a quote for mine....

Ranged from £550 (current special offer at Cotswolds BMW) to £950 at Chiswick (they suggest high labour rates in London are to blame). The dealer I normally use initially quoted £800, but asking them if they could do any better finally came down to £650 - so worth phoning around

Mines booked in for Friday, initial quote was 695, got them to knock 10% off that. So don't take their first price.
