Can anyone help me with racepro?

I've had this game for couple of days and I can't work it out. I'm working my way through the career (is this best?) I've had a few major offs but I've never incurred any damage. Does this need to be turned on? Also, is there no split screen racing for two people? Also I've got steering sensitivity up to 100% but it still doesn't really react, am I missing something?
One last thing is, is it better to do a career or championship to get cars unlocked?

you need to have damage turned on.. but its pretty pants tbh... as for unlocking cars.. you have to do the career... not championship!

Where is damage turned off or on? I can't seem to find it anywhere.

i think its automatic... when you are on pro or easy etc etc..

tbh ive come from Forza... so havent really had any issues myself!

Have a bash in the Radicals and the F3000s and then say that the steering deosn't react!
