What makes them go so high? Is it recognised tuners? Are these guys doing loads in the FM2 forums to boost the awareness?

Its a couple of things that sell.

  • Big names: Painters like Mimic, CTpenok, FTG Dra Radda, FatboyShane, Fruitster, Trystan Spyder, Little Vixen, Fluex etc etc all these guy and girls paint work is so sort after that there cars command huge credits.
(I'm lucky enough now that i'm starting to be accpected in the 'Big Guns click' and so i can just ask for cars smile )

  • LE's from the Tuning Garages: When the big Garages release a great new tune, they usually release a handfull with special paintwork, these due to there rareness sell for large amounts.
  • WIN Cars: These car are very sort after, they usually have 500 to 2000 wins under there hood!
I've explained else where all these credits come from, but the credit soem of the top painters, Seller, and garage owner have is hilarious. I know one guy with over 3.5 BILLION. Makes my 300 mill look weak!

And yes when you are new and not fully established as a painter or a tuner, you get on the forum and advertise.
My First Battle of the Planets LE sold for 5 mill, with a little advertising the last 3 (of 5) all sold for over 35 million.
It also helps to get an established name to 'second' or promote you. I was luckly enough to get NOZ from MADTUNERZ as my tuner and PR man LOL

Yeah hopefully still getting some donated for the Retro Rally Championship.

May I suggest you guys mug Curry and get 'Dirty Garage' sponsoring the International Cup

Must admit to blowing £750,000 last night in the AH on a lovely 3.0CSL in full JPS livery smile

Just another quick question then........

How can I lock the design of a car before gifting it? Have a couple of race replicas but want to protect them if I gift someone a car?

You cant mate, to lock it it has to go via the AH.

I use a second account.
Gift them to my other account, then Stick then on the AH locked, Quickly log out and log in with my Main Dirty Boy account and 'buyout' them.

If you want I can help you do this. Put them on the AH locked with a buyout when were are both on line.
I'll buy them then gify them back to you straight away..

Cool thanks mate, just realised I cant gift one of them anyway as its a DLC so that will need 'auctioning' anyway.

Just stickering it up to break up a few surfaces/ make it look significantly more rev and less grey LP640. It looks alright, its not perfect, but its alright.
