Living in a Cage
Discussion
I worked in Hong Kong for a bit and was never aware of this... apparently quite a few of them live in cages!

They live in a space surrounded on all sides by bars or wire which is the definition of a cage. They are not locked into the "cages" they are free to come and go. Not exactly the same as a zoo animal locked in. Personally I have slept in worse.

Yeah, right, and I live in a concrete box! What do they always have to stick an 'angle' on this sort of thing for??? Just because a bed is made of wire mesh it makes it a bloody 'cage'????http://www.reuters.com/news/pictures/rpSlideshows?...
Next thing someone will raise the old urban legend of 'The cages' in Bombay, where imprisoned underage stolen hookers are locked in cages forever and forced to have sex with 600 smelly labourers a day.
