What happened to SPECTRE Cars?

They produced the awsome looking R42, powered by a Ford V8, planned to take a couple GT racing and then nothing.... Saw them at the motorshow some time back with the R45 and now its all quiet again. Anybody got any ideas, no particular reason just curious - another British Sports Car manufacturer that is know more?

They are still around and are working on the next generation car. I saw it being tested about six months ago.
