Aparently the french "spiderman" is climbing the Lloyds Building. I cant see him but the roads have been closed and there are about 15 police officers milling around. As if they don't have enough to do today.

All they need is one at the top to arrest him and one at the bottem to call the ambulance if he falls.

Just spoke to my Mrs who works there. She has been told it was a Fathers for Justice stunt and the climber is now in the back of a police van.

Good logic!

A third option is to have Stewart Hall of 'It's a Knockout' to lean out of various windows and thrown ballons filled with water at him.

I'm sure he his. If it had been him perhaps he'd be at the top by now rather than in custody.
