Had to buy this personalised plate!
Discussion
OK, I lied in a previous post and I've bought my first personalised plate.
As LU51FER isn't a DVLA option, I've bought LV51FER.
Mad really as I don't have a car to put it on but it will give me the incentive to save up for one! And I feel I've got one over on the DVLA who didn't spot it (yes, I know the correct spelling is LUCIFER but what the hey!).

What surprises me about BL03 JOB is that you got it (if you see what I mean ). I remember back in '76(?) when the original "P" plates came out on Aug 1st ("P day") there was a small article in the Daily Torygraph saying that STR 1P hadn't been released as it was deemed obscene!!!! So what's happened? Has society "moved on" or is DVLA staffed by members of the blue rinse brigade who haven't got a clue? Please, no comments about DVLA being staffed my members, full stop!

The DVLA c**ked up......
They sold it to me then phoned me 4 hours later to say they shouldn't have (it was on their naughty/offensive etc. list)and that our legally binding agreement that they insisted we enter was null and void. I told tell it wasn't.
They wrote to me saying it was.
I wrote back saying it wasn't.
They wrote back saying it was.
I said see you in court.
They gave in and let me have the plate.....
