M3 stabilizer bar replaced, any think to worry about!?!

Morning people,
Whilst looking at the history of the car I'm buying, I found out the stabilizer bar was replaced ( whilst having a BMW winter check) why do these go?
Any think to worry about? Dealer only just got back to me with this issue when I was doing history checks etc...away last week.
