Gruppe-M cold air intake...who does have it in his E92 M3?

I'm thinking about fixing the Gruppe-M cold air intake upgrade to my M3...a few questions to those who already have it:

1) Comments on sound? Any power gain? What advantages you've found, if any?

2) Do you need to re-tune the ecu, if matched to an Eisenmann muffler?

Where could I get it in UK/Continent? Instead of buying directly from Japan?

From independant tests done around the world you get around 5-8bhp + more induction noise.

You do not have to have a remap with it at all.

Eisenmann exhaust makes no difference being there (sounds good though)

Is it worth buying? Depends what else you've done to the car already.
