Shortly to start a housing development, the position of which is right at the top of a hill with amazing views in all directions.

As such was wanting to have the development name associated with the views as they will clearly be a huge selling point, but am struggling to think of names.

The site is an existing farm & is going to be changed to 4 no. 4000sqft homes.

To date have been thinking it may incorporate 'Vista'.

So it's on a hill - mountain.
It's got a good view - panoramic.

How about Mount Panorama or has that been used somewhere else?

However you may end up making the development sound like an old people's home - a la Restful Vistas, Hilltop Lodge, etc.

That the problem I have with Vista. It sounds just odd.

I suspect it will end up being something 'court' as its going to be arrange in a courtyard style, or something simle like 'The ?'

Did you consider keeping the name of the farm, including the word farm.

Can you go a bit modern and call it 360 Court.

Could sound like a skate park though...

What about..

The places to live on a hill with plenty to look at development?

It's as catchy as cancer!

No, I like the idea of it being something along these lines, or alternatively just a name (not incorporating any kind of recognised street type).

The other option being something like 'The Gales' or 'The Wilds' as it does get a bit windy up there.

Yeah, you need to be forward thinking, how about "Housing Estate 7"?
