No beacuse you don't have a dish it would seem so can't receive Sky NL

Assuming you have a Sky Box and a dish, then yes. You need a licence if you're watching or recording TV as it is broadcast. If you're only watching one of the many online on-demand services (iPlayer for example) you don't need a licence.

Well infact I can see a problem here as digital and sky services are delayed by what 4-5 seconds to normal analogue signals, so you are actually watching it after the time of broadcast so i would say no you dont need a license.NL

Ask an adult or your carer why you are wrong.

you have equipment capable of receiving TV, therefore you need a license.NL
even if you didnt have the sky box, you'd still need a license for the TV even if it wasnt plugged in

Has Sky stopped broadcasting BBC channels then?
Of course you need a licence, anything with a tuner does and that includes your Sky box.
Shame on you Plotters!Of course you need a licence, anything with a tuner does and that includes your Sky box.
It's a TV licence, not a BBC licence, even if you only watch commercial TV you still need a licence.
You only need a licence if you use your TV to watch or record live transmission, owning equipment isn't enough to require a licence.
How many times can I use the word licence in this post?

I don't believe that. So, having a TV means you need a license - otherwise whats to stop you unplugging it when TV licensing knocks on your door?
"oh no TV detector man, I have a TV, but its unplugged - look... i dont use it"...
