cerbra tuning software for lap top

can anyone please help i have a 99 4.5 cerbra the problem being the car is with me in Tenerife and seems to have gone a bit flat ,compared to when i purchased it there are no dealers here in Tenerife so im at a bit of loss i could really do with a tvr tuning program and leads for a laptop can anyone help or make any suggestions Thanks John
