guess this has been asked before but search didnt reveal anything, just recieved from clever trevor replacement clear indicator lenses for my mk1 tuscan, anyone know to remove the orange ones or have changed theirs. the new replacements are lenses and bulbholder bit which has a thread on it suggesting they just unscrew (tvr = silicon sealant) which i doubt, also side repeaters i bought are smaller than the ones fitted and have a different connector mad can these be modded to fit or have i just ordered the wrong ones (only ones i could find) any help from the tvr massif would be great smile

Can't comment too much about Tuscans (only to say I wish I'd got one ) , but have just finished the same task on my Chimaera. On mine the indicator is pushed back into the wing by gentle persuasion , you have to break the sealant which is holding it in . When replacing use sikaflex 221 , available from "boat shops" . Its the best to use , (polyeurothane not silicon)and comes in several colours. Its difficult to remove from anything so consider the colour before you buy. Its available on ebay at reasonable cost and boat shops at a high cost ( like £8 v £16)
