Moving address bar

Am going to start giving them some grief (another story)

I noticed there address bar moves is this fairly easy to do as i might use something similar for my next site

You mean the navigation area top left?
If so, it is written in JavaScript, and you can easily copy it in one of your pages Have a look at the source code, the area has !document.layers in it.
