Yesterday i posted up saying my house was burgled last friday whilew i was away in the alps. Various things had been stolen along with the keys to my Mazda RX7.

Today i get a call from my sister saying that someone handed in my keys as they were found in an alley close to where i live!.

The guy then came round after handing them in to the police station in Dunstable. He said that the police had leafleted (sp) the street to say that our house had been burgled and anything that was found please could they hand it in to them.

To say that im chuffed is and understatement!, so im off to drop a thankyou card and a bottle of wine round to them as im suprised that there is anyone that honest left in this country now.

After all the bashing our land has taken recently, these little things still give you a glimmer of hope that we can still save our nation!.

Good to hear!

The large majority of people are generally fine and decent.

Unfortunately we are all held to ransom by the few hudred thousand scrotes in the UK that perpetrate 90% of the crime (according to the Police Authority).

well then Alex maybe we need a death penalty as a bit of a deterrent! Scrotes get caught first offence, fine/bit of time, whatever is appropriate. Second time, stiffer sentence with a bit of pain involved ie proper hard labour. Third time, noose. No holding to ransom of the decent majority. Skip straight to step 3 for smoking gun murders!

They probably stopped when they realised they had driven 50 miles without needing an engine rebuild.

clap Well done, I'd mention it to the press too, we need a bit of public back slapping instead of all the doom n' gloom.
