Freecycle, why are people so cruel?

My sister is a single Disabled mother who's only child Billy has to sleep on the floor.
I recommended she looked at freecycle to see if she could find a bed for the poor child to sleep in.
She found a nice pine single bed advertised not far from her, but couldn't arrange collection due to all her volunteer charity work taking up her time when she wasn't looking after poor poor Billy.
She get family allowence (or whatever it's called nowadays) & spends it all on Billy, trying to make his life as comfortable as possible, Double glazing to stop him getting cold whilst sleeping on the floor, A plasm TV with Sky to entertain him & make him forget how poor they are.
This kind Gentleman offered to deliver the bed when Siss explained she couldn't collect said bed, but for some reason turned out to be a psycho, he arrived with the bed & when he saw my one legged Grandmothers car (with disabled badge) on the drive he dumped the bed on the drive, but didn't leave the fixings so poor Billy with his bad back has to remain on the floor whilst sleeping.
She has tried texting him but just gets abuse back, she doesn't know exactly but has been looking around the area he lives (between watching daytime TV shows) to beg for the fixings for poor Billy's bed.
How can people be so cruel....

I have a garage load ofuseless junk valuable useful items that I'd love to deliver to her drive way to help poor old Billy.

freecycle worked ok for me, typing on a dinning room table as advertised, for some reason it would not shift, mostly due to being a glass topped PC table that would have spent £200 on quite easily
shifted a lot of tat and got a 20" tv that is next to me

her friend got really upset and reported me, apparently they were both black and I was being racist in some way for wanting the address of where the stuff was before driving there, moderators got the emails and the pair of them have a label in gmail called f
