M3 Evo Gearbox & Diff oil

Evening all.
I've got to replace a diff seal on my car so obviously will change the diff oil. Also planning on changing the g/b oil at the same time as it hasn't been done to my knowledge.
Could anyone tell me what oil I need please for both diff & box?
I have noticed on the box there is a sticker saying ATF & I have also read somewhere that it is 75w 90, not sure if that is the best/correct oil tho.

I've just done my diff seals and used Royal Purple Maxgear 75W140 oil from http://www.iridiumengineering.co.uk/rp.htm

They can also advise the correct oil for the gearbox.
