I`d like to know what the offers on it were that have been declined. £750k seems alot considering the training you`d need aswell.

It has the "Make and Offer and Buy it for Less" option.

So I've offered a ton. If I get lucky I'll let you all come round and play on it.

£750K? I'd give them 10 max and yes I do know about aircraft sims.

It isn't licenced and there is no Lynx in civvy service. It just has no use other than as a toy and no-one is going to spend 750K when you can buy a real helicopter for a tenth of that.

Of course it could be a trap, and he accepts the ton and you are then legally bound to disassemble and transport it away from him at great cost, pending the £500 a day storage charge.

Let us know wink

Cool shop! Could easily spend a few quid in there. Scanning electron microscope! Satellite phone, command cabin.

You could start a revolution with that lot wink

And what sort of "real" helicopter are we talking about?(please don't make the mistake of using real and Robinson in the same sentence..)

Hmm so if we all got 750k together, buy it, have a huge ph meetup where we all get to have a go, then return it for a full refund, we're out what? the cost of powering it and moving it around. Id say thatd be worth a laugh alone biggrin

As for his other items, if the time comes for a revolution, he looks like a good place to stop for suplies biggrin

I like the look of those command post cabins - stick one behind the garage; make an ideal workshop.

Easy, how about an Enstrom 280 for £60K.

I don't agree about Robbies being hooky, I've a couple of hundred hours in R22's and 44's and have never had a problem. They are fine if you don't fly like a tw*t or decide that going IMC in a machine that isn't certified for it is a good idea. Obviously I prefer bigger heli's, but I'd rather fly a hydraulic 44 compared to a 206 any day of the week.
