How does he do it though?

Bulk buy from Microsoft in the same way GAME etc do?

If its dodgy I'd be amazed that Microsoft haven't shut him down already...

Although it says UK I bet they're just American cards he buys over there as I've had American codes from ebay in the past which work just fine.

There are a few sites out there doing these deals, just make sure you watch the price as a few quote £29, then infact when you go to check out its $44 which with the current exchange rate is a little more frown

It will be when you wrap it in a wet towel, chuck it in airing cupboard and turn it on for several hours playing Forza/GTA (GPU hungry game) wink

Yes as you need the heat at the GPU to be ~200'C for teh solder balls to start liquidising.

Don't forget to turn the airing cupboard on!

Are you going to sit in there and play it? I know I'd struggle to get the TV in ours, unless I sit on the shelf above the tank.

When "recommending" the towel trick, it is suggested that the Xbox is wrapped in a towel and turned on for no more than an hour...in a normal enviroment.
Nothing about Airing cupboards or extended periods of time.
Xbox + Towels + switched on + Airing cupboard + "hours = House fire frown
