Finally removed the body of the fire damaged white S2 and the chassis is made of TVR cheese

So advice please - obviously if I keep the chassis for the future, a possibility or I might sell, then it needs some work. I expect to replace the outriggers each side completly including the seat belt mounting points and the triangular body mounts. What specification tubing/plates do I need to specify? Should I get tubes inserted in the chassis tubes which support the trailing arms and if so again what spec and how should they be welded in place? Please look at second image does any of the central bit need replacing?

Thanks in advance

Metal specs are on my site here : http://deadpineapple.net/tvr/chassis.php

Can't comment on inserting tubes into the trailing arm mounting outrigger though. Looking at the 2nd pic I'd say that the engine was oil tight - mine leaked enough to keep that area of the chassis protected.

Norman are the trailing arm tubes OK? They only look like surface rust to me in that part.

Outriggers are gone but overall looks entirely repairable to me.

If you can stand the mess use a pressure washer at close range!
